Our front desk staff will contact you to confirm your appointment details 48 hours prior to your appointment. All appointments cancelled without 24 hours advance notice will result in the forfeit of your prepayment in full. No refunds will be issued. Same Day Bookings have 1 hour after the time of booking to modify or cancel.
