Made for the way you carry.
Pregnancy changes everything about your body — and most massage tables were never designed with that in mind. Our Pregnancy Massage is different. Performed entirely in a comfortable side-lying position with supportive cushioning throughout, this session is built around the physiological realities of carrying — meeting your body exactly where it is, in every trimester.
From the low back tension that builds as your center of gravity shifts, to the hip pressure that accumulates week after week, to the swelling that no amount of rest seems to resolve — this session is designed to address all of it, with technique adapted specifically for you and your baby.
What your body needs right now.
-
Lower Back & Hip Relief — targeted work on the zones most burdened by postural shifts and the weight of carrying.
-
Reduced Swelling — gentle lymphatic stimulation to ease fluid retention in the legs, ankles, and feet.
-
Nervous System Regulation — lowers cortisol and promotes the deep parasympathetic rest your body shares with your baby.
-
Sciatic Relief — specialized techniques to release sciatic compression common in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
-
Better Sleep — guests consistently report deeper, more restorative sleep following pregnancy massage.
-
An Hour That's Yours — uninterrupted, unhurried time to reconnect with yourself before everything changes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your session, from start to finish.
