Cancellation Policy: We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments. Prepayment for the total amount of services will be collected at the time of booking. Our front desk staff will contact you to confirm your appointment details 48 hours prior to your appointment. All appointments cancelled without 24 hours advance notice will result in the forfeit of your prepayment in full. No refunds will be issued. Same Day Bookings have 1 hour after the time of booking to modify or cancel. Appointments times are designated specifically for you, please be respectful of other guests and arrive a few minutes early to begin your services on time.
